How to Get In Shape

Hey guys, Yuri Elkaim is back with you and my buddy Jack, who is sleeping as usual on a couch behind me. You know fun of having dogs that really gets you active and force you to get outside and for their own good and gets you some exercise and also it is good for you as well. Now online topic of exercise and getting fit, I would like to first of all like to thank you for the questions that you guys send me, I had a lot of fun responding to it as best I can, and one of the things that I noticed is that you know, lot of questions I get and lot of people I work with want to know specific, they want to know, you know, how many calories should I be eating if I want to burn 4 pounds of fat per week. You know how many minutes of cardio, very, very specific questions they want to know about .

 

That is fine. But here there is a big gap that I have noticed in my years of helping people like yourself . There is a huge gap in fact. The gap is noticed between knowing what to do and getting results . There are lot of videos on how to workout properly, there is more of the technical stuff . But still there is a gap, there is a gap in between you knows how to do, and actually get the result from doing it. The next several videos of this entire week, are dedicated showing how to try and overcome bridging that gap . Because I think it is so important to know what to have the fundamental success tools if you want to call that to be able to take what you know, apply it and then get the results with the help of Fitter U fitness program.

 

Having said that here comes my little monkey Bela. So what I want to talk about today is ask you, Are you setting yourself up from the get go for success? Now I mean by that is how you set your Goals and do you have compelling reasons of why you need achieve those goals. People need to write down their goal, for instance a lot of people want to lose 20 pounds or gain certain amount of muscle mass which is great . How did you written down your goal. If haven’t then I want you to do this right now. You can write down your goal  on paper, or in journal, or anywhere, but write down as if you have already achieved it . so you want to write it down, you know, not that I want to lose 20 pounds, but I am so, you know, it could be,  happy or grateful or whatever it is.

 

For instance I am so thrilled that I am a 160 pounds of lean fit, whatever it might be, right. You do not want just to amoxil generic really say that I am so grateful that I lost 20 pounds, but you want to say that as if you have already achieved the ideal body or health outcome you are looking for . So instead of saying that I am so happy that I lost 20 cheap amoxil pounds by December 25th, you want to say I am so happy that I am 100, let say, you are trying to get 185, you lost 25 pounds, instead of saying I am so grateful I lost 25 pounds, you would say, I am so grateful that I am now a healthy and lean 160 pounds, or I have achieved the body that I wanted to achieve.

 

You wanted to be specific as possible. You want to be measurable. Because if you say I am so happy that I am fit and healthy now, what is that look like? What is that feel like? Right. It is tough to measure. So write it down. Be as specific as possible and set a date. In order to achieve your goal, you need to be accountable to at least very minimal as date . I used December 25th as an example. You know, it could be anything for you. And you know again you want to try to be realistic to some degree . If you think you will lose 30 pounds in 30 day, it is, you could do that, but it is tough . I mean you have to be realistic as to what involves to be able to do that.
